Boss Liu is a baker and everyone calls him “Master Liu”. At the age of 13, he left his hometown in Nantou to pursue his career in the world. With hard work and perseverance, he continued to learn baking techniques and professional knowledge. In 1966, he went to Hualien to start a business alone, and his roots were deeply rooted. The couple has been working hard to start a business. From running a van to a small-scale bakery, they have been adhering to their love for baking and the concept of giving back to the hometown for nearly forty years. They combined their deep and solid technology with local agricultural products in Hualien and finally developed Produces Hualien’s representative “Paple Cake”, “Red Fired Dragon Fruit Cake” and “Floating Cake”, using Hualien Chike Mountain’s sulfur-free golden needles “Health Grain’s Cookie with Needle Flower”; won the recognition of the Han Cake Gold Medal Award at the World Trade Center International Food Exhibition in 1998.
